Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City- with exceptional performance, Police Regional Office MIMAROPA, received a Silver Eagle Award, the second highest award for garnering a score of 91.5% during the Initiation Stage Certification of the Performance Governance System (PGS) at the Center for Police Strategy Management (CPSM) at Camp Crame, Quezon City on January 9, 2014.PGS

 

COMMISSIONER LUISITO T PALMERA of NAPOLCOM, one of the panelists joining the National Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (NAGPTD) and former Regional Director of this Police Regional Office commended PCSUPT MELITO M MABILIN for his exemplary performance as the Regional Director who continued his endeavor by carrying out best practices in the region through the implementation of numerous projects, programs and activities despite of issues and problems encountered. One of the initiatives of the region, in which COMMISSIONER PALMERA commended, is the establishment of Mangyan Desk in Oriental Mindoro PPO which was established to accommodate and provide assistance the members of Mangyan tribe. It also serves as the focal point in catering their concerns and grievances as ethnic minority especially on the violations committed against their ancestral rights in accordance with their customs and existing tribal laws.

 

The relentless efforts exerted by the personnel of PRO MIMAROPA under the stewardship of PCSUPT MABILIN resulted to the recognitions, commendations and awards received by the Office; such as the attainment of the No. 1 slot in the implementation of e-Rouges and e-Warrant projects, highest number of Information Reports which is essential in detecting, monitoring and neutralizing organized threat groups and ranked No. 3 out of the 17 Police Regional Offices nationwide during the 1st Semester Logistics Unit Performance Evaluation Rating.

 

In line with this achievements, PCSUPT MABILIN still enjoined all his personnel to remain committed in realizing the goals of the PNP Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation and upholding of the Rule of Law (P.A.T.R.O.L) Plan 2030 and the desires of the C, PNP that “CODE–P” will serves as the strategic focus in the effective implementation of the PNP PATROL PLAN.

Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City- Due to their splendid performance on stage and countless requests of the public, PRO MIMAROPA Eco-Road Warrior Band once again performed a one night concert at Barangay Lazareto, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro during the celebration of the annual celebration of the Black Nazarene on January 9, 2014.

 

The said band was organized under the stewardship of PCSUPT MELITO M MABILIN, Regional Director wherein all the band members are composed of Police Commissioned Officers, Police Non-Commissioned Officers and Non-Uniformed Personnel assigned in Police Regional Office MIMAROPA.

 

After its several engagements, PRO MIMAROPA Eco-Road Warrior Band is now made known to the public bringing the PNP more closer to the community.

Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City- In line with the C, PNP’s Program, the   CODE-P:2013 and Beyond towards the realization of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030, PRO MIMAROPA conducted seminar on Republic Act 3019 (Anti-Graft and Corruption Practices) at RSTU Building, Camp Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro on January 6, 2014 which was participated by the thirty-two (32) all Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs) headed by PSSUPT VIRGILIO C PARROCHA, Deputy Regional Director for Operations with PCINSP WINLOVE RAMOS, Chief. Regional Legal Assistance Division as the lecturer.

 

It is indeed vital to the organizational transformation being pursued by the C,PNP’s Strategic Focus in instilling DISCIPLINE and inspiring unwavering commitment in the execution of its mandated core functions towards the right path – the “Matuwid na Daan” to PRO MIMAROPA under the stewardship of PCSUPT MELITO M MABILIN, Regional Director.
