Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City β Police Regional Office MIMAROPA, under the leadership of Police Brigadier General Sidney Sultan Hernia, has arrested Antiqueβs No. 3 provincial-level most wanted person in Oriental Mindoro on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at around 4:30 PM.
Oriental Mindoro Police Provincial Office Officer-in-Charge Police Colonel Samuel S Delorino revealed that Allan Mangao Gacute, 27, was arrested in a joint law enforcement operation led by the personnel of Bulalacao MPS together with elements of Caluya MPS of Antique PPO; and Oriental Mindoro PPO Provincial Intelligence Unit and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company in Barangay Poblacion, Bulalacao, of the said province.
Gacute was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest (WOA) issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 13 in Culasi, Antique dated April 21, 2022 for the crime of Rape with no bail recommended.
The arrested accused is now under police custody and will be turned-over to the issuing court as soon as possible.
