Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – Under the leadership of PBGEN JOEL B. DORIA, Regional Director, Police Regional Office MIMAROPA conducted a highly successful law enforcement operation resulting in the apprehension of four (4) most wanted persons and one (1) other wanted person across the region on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.

According to police reports, the four most wanted individuals are as follows: Agapito Ricafrente, 23; Conrad Herrick Y Michael, 66; Jerrol Mapindan Nambio, 24; and Henry De Guzman Y Mendoza, 25.

Ricafrente, ranked as MIMAROPA’s eighth most wanted, was apprehended in MH Del Pilar Street, Brgy. 1, Lucena City, Quezon, through the joint efforts of Marinduque PPO Provincial Intelligence Unit; CIT-RID MIMAROPA; Sta. Cruz Municipal Police Station; and Lucena City Police Station Quezon PPO, based on an arrest warrant from the Family Court, Branch 9 in Boac, Marinduque, for the non-bailable offense of Statutory Rape under Art. 266-A Par. (1)(D) of the Revised Penal Code as amended by R.A. 8353 (3 counts).

Herrick, an American citizen and Oriental Mindoro’s eighth most wanted, was apprehended in Brgy. Lalud, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, by the efforts of Calapan City Police Station, following an arrest warrant issued by the Family Court, Branch 11, in Calapan City, for the crime of Rape by Sexual Assault in relation to R.A. 7610, with bail set at Php200,000.00.

Similarly, Nambio, listed as the tenth most wanted person in Oriental Mindoro, was apprehended through the joint efforts of Socorro Municipal Police Station, Oriental Mindoro CIT-RID MIMAROPA, and PIT-RIU 4B, based on an arrest warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41 in Pinamalayan, for the crime of Attempted Murder, with bail set at Php120,000.00.

De Guzman, listed as the third most wanted person in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, was apprehended in Brgy. San Vicente East, Calapan City, by the elements of Calapan City Police Station, after an arrest warrant was issued by the Family Court, Branch 11 in Calapan City, for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to R.A. 7610, with bail set at Php180,000.00.

Furthermore, an additional wanted person, Menard Gozar Mapor, 32, was arrested in Brgy. Caminawit, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, for the crime of Slight Physical Injury, with bail set at Php2,000.00.

PBGEN DORIA commends all the operating units for their relentless efforts in the fight against criminality, which have led to the arrest of these highly sought-after individuals.

The arrested persons are currently in police custody and will be turned over to the appropriate courts.
