Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – Police collared a 24-year-old man in an anti-illegal drug buybust operation in Brgy. Payompon, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro on July 3, 2023 at around 10:55 AM.

Police report revealed that Michael Delos Santos alias “Enzo/Boy Tattoo”, 24, was arrested after allegedly selling one (1) piece of a small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu in exchange for Php1000 to a police poseur-buyer in a joint anti-illegal drug buybust operation launched by the elements of Mamburao Municipal Police Station together with PDEA Occidental Mindoro and Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit Occidental Mindoro PPO.

Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were one (1) more piece of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu, the Php1000 buybust money, and other paraphernalia.

Apprehended person is now under police custody pending the filing of charges in violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
