Camp Bgen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 56-year-old man wanted for lascivious conduct was arrested in police law enforcement operation in San Fernando, Romblon on July 4, 2023.

Police report revealed that at about 8:25 AM, Mario Riano Rollan, 56, was apprehended by the personnel of San Fernando Municipal Police Station in Brgy. Agtiwa, San Fernando, Romblon.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 106 in Cajidiocan, Sibuyan Island, Romblon for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness under Art. 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Sec. 5 (b) of R.A. 7610 as amended by R.A. 11648 with recommended bail amounting to Php108,000.00.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
