Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – Police collared a 51-year-old farmer wanted for Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro on May 28, 2023.

Report revealed that El Valeriano Duabe, 51, who hails from Sitio Kastila, Brgy. General Emilio Aguinaldo, Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro was arrested in a law enforcement operation launched by the personnel of Sabalayan Municipal Police Station together with Occidental Mindoro PPO Provincial Intelligence Unit and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company in Brgy. Buenavista, Sablayan of the said locality, at around 9:10 AM.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 45 in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide with bail recommended amounting to Php 48,000.00.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing courts for proper disposition.
