Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – Police collared the most wanted person of Irawan, Puerto Princesa City in Brgy. Irawan, Puerto Princesa City on July 6, 2023 at around 9:20 AM.

Police report revealed that Jonard Escalona Manlapaz alias “Meme”, 34, was arrested in a law enforcement operation launched by the personnel of Puerto Princesa CPO Police Station 2 together with Puerto Princesa CPO City Intelligence Unit; City Mobile Force Company; 401st B Maneuver Company RMFB and CIDG Palawan Provincial Field Unit.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 13 (Family Court) in Puerto Princesa City for the crime of Statutory Rape under Art. 266-A, No. 1(D) in relation to Art. 266-B (3 counts) with no bail recommended.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
