Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – A 45-year-old former NPA rebel listed in the Periodic Status Report (PSR) has voluntarily surrendered to the personnel of 403rd B MC RMFB in Brgy. Cabalwa, Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro on Monday, July 29, 2024.

A police report revealed that “Ka Jun”, 45, a former member of NPA in the Barrio under Sub-Regional Military Area (SRMA-4D) has voluntarily surrendered with one (1) serviceable Cal. 38 revolver with defaced serial number and three (3) pieces of Cal. 38 ammunition to the elements of 403rd B MC RMFB with assistance from 105SAC, 10SAB, PNP-SAF; Bulalacao MPS, 2nd PMFC, and PIU, all of Oriental Mindoro PPO; RID MIMAROPA; RIU MIMAROPA; ISU; 4IB, 2ID, PA; 23rd DRC; 23rd MICO, 203rd Infantry Brigade, 2ID, PA; and NICA MIMAROPA.

“Ka Jun” is now being facilitated by the 403rd B MC RMFB for debriefing and assistance prior to enrollment to the Enhanced Comprehensive and Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).
