Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – A 20-year-old former NPA rebel has voluntarily surrendered to the personnel of PIT Palawan RIU 4B in Sitio Manggahan, Brgy. Iraan, Rizal, Palawan on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

A police report revealed that “Ka Billy”, 20, a former member of Susing Masa under KLG-SOUTH, NPA Palawan has voluntarily surrendered to the elements of PIT Palawan RIU 4B with assistance from CIT PPC RIU 4B, RID 4B, Rizal MPS, 1st PMFC, and PIU Palawan PPO.

“Ka Billy” is now being facilitated by the PIT Palawan RIU 4B for debriefing and assistance prior to enrollment to the Enhanced Comprehensive and Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).##
