Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro—A 39-year-old former NPA in the Barrio in Oriental Mindoro has voluntarily surrendered to the personnel of 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro on July 11, 2023.

Police report revealed that “Ka Sayna”, 39, former member of NPA in the Barrio, remnants of KLG ICM (Ignacio C. Magadia) operating in the areas of Bongabong, Bansud, Gloria, Pinamalayan, has voluntarily surrendered at 2nd PMFC Headquarters in Brgy. Bagong Bayan II, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro at around 10:00 AM.

The surrender of “Ka Sayna” was a result of the relentless efforts of the intelligence units of Oriental Mindoro PPO 2nd PMFC, in collaboration with Bongabong MPS; Provincial Intelligence Unit Oriental Mindoro PPO; Regional Intelligence Division PRO 4B; 10th SAB, PNP SAF; 403rd B Maneuver Company RMFB, Alpha CMO Coy, 2CMOBn, 2ID; 76th IB, Philippine Army; 23rd MICO, 203rd BDE, all under Philippine Army; NICA and RID, NCR.

“Ka Sayna” is now under the custody and supervision of Oriental Mindoro PPO 2nd PMFC for custodial debriefing, documentation and assistance in processing of Enhanced Comprehensive and Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).
