Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – A 33-year-old former communist rebel supporter voluntarily surrendered to the authorities in Brooke’s Point, Palawan, on Sunday, July 14, 2024.

The report revealed that at about 12:10 PM, joint personnel from Palawan PPO 1st PMFC, PIU, Brooke’s Point MPS, PIT Palawan RIU 4B, 2nd SOU PNP-MG, and ODI-TOWWEST facilitated the withdrawal of support of “Ka Joey”, who was a former member of Susing Masa of dismantled Bienvinedo Vallever Command under KLG-SOUTH, NPA-Palawan, SRMA-4E, STRPC in Sitio Mararag, Brgy. Maasin, Brooke’s Point, Palawan.

The surrenderer is now under the custody and supervision of the Palawan PPO 1st PMFC for custodial debriefing, documentation, and assistance in processing the Enhanced Comprehensive and Local Integration Program (E-CLIP).
