Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – The Police Regional Office MIMAROPA, under the leadership of PBGEN ROGER L QUESADA, arrested four wanted individuals in separate law enforcement operations conducted regionwide on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

According to reports, alias “Jane”, 43, was arrested at around 9:25 AM by joint personnel from PPC Police Station 1, 401st B MC RMFB, and 2nd SOU PNP-MG in Brgy. Model, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. The arrest was made based on a warrant issued by the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 2 in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan for the crime of Estafa Thru Falsification of Public Document, with recommended bail amounting to PhP18,000.00.

In Brgy. Sta Isabel, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, at around 11:00 AM, alias “Fe”, 50, was arrested by the personnel of Calapan City Police Station, based on a warrant from the Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, for the crime of Slight Physical Injuries.

Furthermore, at about 11:30 AM, alias “Diomedes”, 57, was apprehended in Sitio Banti, Brgy San Roque, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro by joint personnel from Bulalacao Municipal Police Station, Oriental Mindoro PPO PIU, 2nd PMFC, 403rd B MC RMFB, and RID 4B. The arrest was made based on an arrest warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 43 in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro for the violation of PD 705 as amended (Revised Forestry Code) with bail set at PhP24,000.00.

Moreover, alias “Joseph”, 22, was apprehended by joint personnel from San Jose Municipal Police Station and Occidental Mindoro PIU. The arrest took place in Brgy. Poblacion 7, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, based on a warrant for the violation of Section 5(a) of RA 9262 with recommended bail amounting to PhP2,000.00.

The arrested individuals are currently under police custody and will be turned over to the issuing courts for proper disposition.
