Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 43-year-old man who is listed as an illegal-drugs high value individual was arrested in anti-illegal drug buybust operation in So. Pag-asa, Barangay Payompon, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro on June 11, 2023 at around 9:20 PM.

Police report revealed that Christian Albert Masangkay Alipustain alias “Burutot”, 43, was arrested after allegedly selling one (1) piece transparent plastic sachet of suspected ‘shabu’ in exchange for Php1,000 to a police poseur-buyer in a joint anti-illegal drug buybust operation launched by the elements of Municipal Drug Enforcement Team of Mamburao MPS and Occidental Mindoro PPO Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit.

Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were two (2) more pieces of transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 0.85 grams worth more or less Php2,00.00, the Php1000 buybust money, and other paraphernalia.

Apprehended person is now under police custody pending the filing of charges in violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
