On December 12, 2019 at 9:00 AM, parents and pupils of Young Eco-Warriors Child Development Child Development Center celebrated the Christmas Party 2019 at Camp Efigenio C, Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. The highlights of the program were the distribution of gifts to the pupils of Young Eco Warriors Child Development Center from the Regional Director, PBGEN NICERIO D OBAOB. Likewise, the children enjoyed and were delighted by the different parlor games and the most awaited exchange gifts.

ROMBLOM POLICE PROVINCIAL OFFICE

On December 6-8, 2019, 139 shooters joins the Triple Tap Cup 2019 (Cong. Budoy, Gov. Otik and PCOL MOLINA)-PPSA Sanction Match Level 1 facilitated by Wilson Gun Club at RPMFC Firing Range, Dapawan, Romblon. Cong. Eleandro Jesus F Madrona, Lone District of Romblon graced the Opening Ceremony along with PCOL ARVIN T MOLINA, Provincial Director which was participated by all Municipal Police Stations of Romblon PPO, six teams from RPMFC, CIDG Team A & B, civilian shooters like JP Tan’s Team, San Jose Gun Club & team from Occidental Mindoro PPO. The said Cup is composed of five (5) stage with the minimum of One hundred fifty (150) ammunitions.

On December 16, 2019, 20 barangays of four municipalities (San Andres, San Agustin Cajidiocan and Odiongan) of Romblon were revalidated and declared as Drug Cleared by the Members Regional Oversight Committee on Drug Clearing Operation led by Dir. Mario DA Ramos, RD, PDEA MIMAROPA at Cong. Budoy Hall, Capaclan, Romblon, Romblon. Thereafter, the presentation of Drug Clearing Efforts or the Demand Reduction Program by the Chief of Police of the said MPS and upon validation and revalidation of the Oversight Committee is the Declaration and Signing of Certificate to Drug Cleared Barangay. Atty. Lizette Mortel, representative of Gov. Jose R Riano delivered her closing remarks. Participants of the said activities were the members Regional Oversight Committee including Dr. Ruth P Cervo, Provincial Health Team Leader, Mr Noel Faderagao Representative from Provincial DILG, Mayor Trina Alejandra F Fabic.

PALAWAN POLICE PROVINCIAL OFFICE

Oplan “Bunot” is one of the Best Practice crafted by the Palawan PMFC utilizing its own Licensed Dentist personnel assigned in the Community Action Team (ComAcT). The purpose of the plan is to provide free dental checkup and tooth extraction along with other community outreach services provided by support government and non-government agencies such as free circumcision, medical checkup, haircut, feeding and gift giving activities.

On December 7, 2019 at 8:30 AM, Palawan PMFC led by PLTCOL ELDIE M BANTAL, Force Commander, initiated a Pamaskong Handog dubbed as “Pamaskong Handog: Hatid ng KAPULISAN tungo sa Pagkakaisa sa Masayang Pamilya”. In lieu with, PMSG Jay C Bonales, Registered Dentist conducted dental  extraction to the student from Kindergarten pupils to Grade VI student of Pulot Interior Elementary School, Bgy Pulot Interior, Sofronio, Española headed by Mrs. Meriam O. Gabayron, Principal together with the Municipal Health Officer of said municipality and distributed medicine to the herein patients.

On December 7, 2019 at 8:30 AM, PLTCOL ELDIE M BANTAL, Force Commander of 1st PPMFC, initiated a Pamaskong Handog dubbed as “Pamaskong Handog: Hatid ng KAPULISAN tungo sa Pagkakaisa sa Masayang Pamilya”. In lieu with, they conducted school visitation and operation tuli as one of our best practice to the student of Pulot Interior Elementary School, Bgy Pulot Interior, Sofronio, Española headed by Mrs. Meriam O. Gabayron- Principal. This activity aims to cater free medical services among the less fortunate in order to develop good rapport to the community.

PUERTO PRINCESA CITY POLICE OFFICE

On December 4, 2019 at 10:00 AM, personnel of CMFC led by PMAJ MHARDIE R AZARES, OIC, CMFC in collaboration with Adventist Hospital  Palawan led by Dr. Frederick F. Dalingding, Blood Bank Head, Haim Chicken represented by Ms. Catherine E. Echipare, Production Manager, Robinsons Place Palawan, PPC SK Federation Office and KKDAT Puerto Princesa City Chapter led by Ms. Myka Mabelle L Magbanua, SK Federation President/KKDAT PPC Chairman conducted Community Outreach Program through bloodletting activity dubbed as “Dugong Alad, Bagong Kabui” held at Ground Floor, Robinsons Place Palawan, Brgy. San Manuel, Puerto Princesa City. The activity was participated by CMFC personnel, criminology students of Palawan State University, Robinson’s mall employees and walk in civilians (mall goers) who were regular blood donors with the aim to provide basic community services that promote a better and closer relationship with the community. The services being provided include Feeding Program and CMFC personnel gave a special dance number to entertain and boost the morale of the attendees. A total of 150 persons including adults and children benefited in  said activity.

On December 9, 2019 at 9:00 AM, personnel of Police Station 1 led by Pastor Mario Gabua of Jesus Touch conducted weekly Squad meeting as a primary activity under the Preventive Approach of the Enhanced Revitalized PNP Internal Cleansing Strategy.

On December 12, 2019 at 10:00 AM, personnel of TPU spearheaded by PMAJ REGINALD O PAGULAYAN, OIC, TPU conducted Gift Giving Program dubbed as “Biyaya Ko, Biyaya Mo” to Indigenous Community of Tagbanua and Batak tribe at Sitio Manggapin, Brgy. Langogan, Puerto Princesa City with the theme, “We Share As One”. The highlights of the activity were the giving of packs containing 5 kilos of rice, 6 pieces of can goods, 5 pieces of noodles, ½ kilo sugar, 25 grams coffee, used clothes and toiletries given to 100 families. Candies, chocolates and toys were also distributed to 150 children and snacks were served to all who attended the program. The said Gift Giving Program is an annual activity of Best Practices initiated by the Tourist Police Unit which aimed to extend assistance to less fortunate communities in the City.  It aims to strengthen police community relation not only to the beneficiaries but also to the business and private stakeholders. It was made possible through the support of Bakers Hill, JZ Rice Trading, Haim Chicken, Yamang Bukid, Alaamid Bed and Breakfast, PR Company, PSMBFI, AFPSLAI, SBE Transport, Barangay Officials of Brgy. Tiniguiban, Mr. Mark Labendia, Mrs. Belen Dalabajan, Ms. Rachel Pineda, Mrs. John Cathlyn Valdestamon and TPU personnel.

On December 11, 2019 at about 6:00 AM, personnel of CMFC led by PCPT ALTA XERXES Y CABILLAGE in cooperation with Haim Chicken, PPC SK Federation Office and KKDAT Puerto Princesa City Chapter conducted Community Outreach Program to the residents of Sitio bubogtong, Purok Pag-asa, Brgy. Napsan, Puerto Princesa City in relation to the implementation of CMFC “OPLAN TARABANGAN KITA” with the aim to provide basic community services that promote a better and closer relationship with the community. The services being provided include Free Haircut with the theme “Libreng Gupit, Handog ng Inyong Barberong Pulis”, Feeding Program and Gift Giving of grocery items. Likewise, selected CMFC personnel gave a special dance number and magic tricks to entertain and boost the morale of the attendees. A total of 200 persons including adults and children benefited in the said activity.
