Camp Bgen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 63-year-old man wanted for illegal gambling was arrested in a law enforcement operation in Santa Cruz, Marinduque on June 5, 2023.

Report revealed that Lorenzo Rogelio Pernia, 63, was apprehended by the personnel of Sta Cruz Municipal Police Station in Brgy Lamesa, Santa Cruz, Marinduque at around 3:46 PM.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Municipal Trial Court in Sta Cruz, Marinduque for violation of PD 1602 with recommended bail amounting to Php30, 000.00.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
