Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 39-year-old man wanted for qualified trespass to dwelling was arrested in a law enforcement operation in Santa Cruz, Marinduque on June 21, 2023.

Police report revealed that Ronaldo Hilario Andrade, 39, was apprehended by the personnel of Sta. Cruz Municipal Police Station in Brgy. Tagum, Santa Cruz, Marinduque at around 10:35 AM.

The arrest was made by virtue of alias warrant of arrest issued by the Municipal Trial Court in Sta. Cruz, Marinduque for the crime of Qualified Trespass to Dwelling (RPC ART. 280) with bail recommended amounting to Php36,000.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
