Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – A 28-year-old man wanted for violating anti-VAWC law was arrested in a law enforcement operation in Bagong Bayan, Puerto Princesa City on June 7, 2023.

Police report revealed that Felix Sela Roxas, 28, was apprehended by joint personnel of Puerto Princesa CPO Police Station 2 and CIDG Palawan Provincial Field Unit in Purok Mabuhay, Brgy. Bagong Bayan, of the said locality at around 2:15 PM.

The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Branch 13 (Family Court) in Puerto Princesa City Palawan for Violation of Sec 5 (1) of RA 9262 with recommended bail amounting to Php72,000.00.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
