Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 43-year-old man wanted in Batangas was arrested in a law enforcement operation in Taytay, Palawan on November 18, 2023.

The arrested person, identified as alias “Jose”, 43, was apprehended by the personnel of Ibaan Municipal Police Station, Batangas PPO together with Taytay Municipal Police Station, Palawan PPO Provincial Intelligence Unit, 401st B MC RMFB and Maritime Police Station Batangas SOU in Sitio Monte Vista, Brgy Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan at around 9:20 AM.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 87 in Rosario, Batangas for the crime of Estafa through Falsification of Public Documents, with bail recommended amounting to Php72,000.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
