Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 52-year-old wanted person in San Andres, Romblon was arrested in a police operation in Asdum, Camarines Norte on July 5, 2023.

Report revealed that Joel Vicente Gabayno, 52, was apprehended by the personnel of San Andres Municipal Police Station together with Quezon Maritime Police Station and San Vicente Municipal Police Station, Camarines Norte PPO in Brgy. Asdum, Camarines Norte at around 1:00 PM.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 82 in Odiongan, Romblon for the crime of Frustrated Homicide with recommended bail amounting to Php24,000.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
