Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – Police Regional Office MIMAROPA, under the leadership of Police Brigadier General Sidney Sultan Hernia, arrested Claveria, Masbate’s No.10 most wanted person in San Vicente, Palawan on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

Palawan Police Provincial Office Director Police Colonel Adonis B Guzman disclosed that Sandy Bolado Regala, 25, who resides in Barangay Poblacion, San Vicente, Palawan, was arrested in a joint law enforcement operation led by San Vicente Municipal Police Station together with personnel of the Palawan PPO’s Provincial Intelligence Unit and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company; and 401st Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 4B, in coordination with Claveria Municipal Police Station, Masbate Police Provincial Office.

Regala was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest (WOA) issued by the Regional Trial Court, Fifth Judicial Region, Branch 48 in Masbate City on February 9, 2022 for the crimes of Attempted Homicide and Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to Sec. 5(b) of R.A. 7610 with recommended bail bond amounting to PhP80,000.00 each.

The arrested accused is now under police custody and will be turned-over to the issuing court as soon as possible.
