Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – PRO MIMAROPA, under the leadership of PBGEN ROGER L QUESADA, arrested four most wanted persons and seven others in separate manhunt operations launched regionwide on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
Records from the PRO MIMAROPA Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division revealed the four most wanted persons as alias “Wilson” (48), alias “Darren” (25), alias “Beligil” (67), and alias “James” (41).
“Wilson”, ranked as MIMAROPA’s top 2 most wanted, was arrested in Brgy. Market Site, Mogpog, Marinduque, by the elements of Mogpog Municipal Police Station together with PIT Marinduque RIU 4B, Marinduque PPO PIU, and PMFP, based on an arrest warrant issued by the Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 9 (Family Court) in Boac, Marinduque for the non-bailable crime of Qualified Statutory Rape (6 counts).
“Darren” and “Beligil”, listed as Marinduque’s top 5 and 6 most wanted, were apprehended in Brgy. Janagdong, Mogpog, Marinduque, by joint elements of Mogpog Municipal Police Station, PIT Marinduque RIU 4B, Marinduque PPO PIU, and PMFP, based on a warrant for the violation of Sec. 10(a) of RA 7610 with recommended bail amounting to PhP80,000.00.
“James”, listed as the third most wanted in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, was arrested in Brgy. Poblacion 7, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, by joint personnel from San Jose Municipal Police Station and Occidental Mindoro PPO PIU, based on an arrest warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 45 in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro for the violation of Sec. 10(b) of RA 7610 with bail set at PhP120,000.00.
Further, the seven other wanted persons arrested were alias “Henry” (42), for the crime of Grave Threats (Art. 282 of RPC); alias “Archieve” (19), for Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injuries; alias “John Paul” (19), for violation of Sec. 10(A) of RA 7610; alias “Mario” (59), for violation of RA 9262; alias “Grace” (29), for Qualified Theft (RPC ART.10) in relation to Art. 309 of the RPC as amended by Sec. 81 of RA 10951; alias “Laida” (42), for violation of Sec. 10 (a) of RA 7610; and alias “Weller” (46), for Failure to Appear before Court on the scheduled hearing.
All arrested individuals are currently under police custody and will be turned over to the issuing court as soon as possible.
