Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – Palawan police collared the top 1 (regional level) most wanted person of MIMAROPA in Purok Masikap, Brgy. Tigman, Aborlan, Palawan on June 18, 2023 at around 5:30 PM.

Police report revealed that John Cedric Baldecañas Palay, 23, was arrested in a law enforcement operation launched by the personnel of Aborlan Point Municipal Police Station.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 47 in Puerto Princesa City Palawan for following crimes: (1) Violation of RA 7610, with a recommended bail amounting to Php100,000; (2) Grave Coercion, with a recommended bail amounting to Php 36,000; and (3) 6 counts of Statutory Rape with no bail recommended.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
