Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – Police collared the top 7 (regional level) most wanted person of MIMAROPA in Brgy. Sibulan, Nagcarlan, Laguna on June 15, 2023 at about 1:00 PM.

The arrested person, identified as Jethro Carillaga Orcasitas, 27, who hails from Brgy. Sibulan, Nagcarlan Laguna, was apprehended in a law enforcement operation launched by the personnel of Puerto Princesa CPO Operatives; Nagcarlan MPS; Regional Investigation and Detection Management Division 4A; and Jala-Jala MPS, Rizal PPO.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 13 in Puerto Princesa City Palawan for the of crime of Acts of Lasciviousness under Art 336 of the RPC in relation to Sec 5(B) of RA 7610 as amended by RA 11648 Statutory Rape under Art 266-A, Par 1(D) of the RPC as amended by RA 11648, with no bail recommended.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
