Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – Police Regional Office MIMAROPA, under the leadership of PBGEN SIDNEY SULTAN HERNIA, arrested MIMAROPA region’s top 2 most wanted person (MWP) in a law enforcement operation in Puerto Princesa City on Monday, September 19, 2022.

The police report revealed that Dondon Pisigan Mirano, 38, who hails from Barangay Bagong Sikat, Puerto Princesa City, was arrested in Barangay Model, of the said city by the operatives of Puerto Princesa City Police Office Police Station 1 led by Police Major Alta Xerxes Cabillage, together with the elements of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Palawan.

Mirano has a pending Warrants of Arrest (WOAs) issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 47, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro for the folliwing crimes: Acts of Lasciviousness under Art. 335 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Sec.5 (b) of R.A. 7610, Violation of Sec. 5 par (h) of R.A. 9262, and Violation of Sec 10 (A) of R.A. 7610 with recommended bail amounting to Php200,000.00, Php72,000.00, and Php80,000.00, respectively.

Arrested person is now in police custody and will be turned over to the issuing court as soon as possible.

PBGen Hernia congratulated the operating PNP units that led to the successful arrest of the said wanted person and thanked the public for their continuous support in the PNP’s campaign against criminality.
