Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 33-year-old man, who is listed as an illegal-drugs street level individual, was arrested in anti-illegal drug buybust operation in Burgos St, Purok 4, Brgy, Pag-asa, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro on July 2, 2023 at around 1:25 PM.

Report revealed that Mario Jabat Hernandez, 33, was arrested after allegedly selling one (1) piece transparent plastic sachet of suspected ‘shabu’ in exchange for Php1,000 to a police poseur-buyer in a joint anti-illegal drug buybust operation launched by the elements of Municipal Drug Enforcement Team of San Jose MPS together with Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit and Regional Drug Enforcement Unit.

Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were the Php1000 buybust money, and other paraphernalia.

Apprehended person is now under police custody pending the filing of charges in violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
