Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 30-year-old man wanted for libel was arrested in a law enforcement operation in Irawan, Puerto Princesa City on June 21, 2023.

Police report revealed that Michael Bardoc Tomarong, 30, was apprehended by joint personnel of Puerto Princesa Police Station 2 mooand CIDG Palawan Provincial Field Unit in Brgy. Irawan, Puerto Princesa City at around 2:45 PM.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Branch 52, 4th Judicial Region in Puerto Princesa City for Libel means by writing of similar means (RPC ART. 355) with bail recommended amounting of Php30,000.00

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
