Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 23-year-old man wanted for robbery in an uninhabited place was arrested in a law enforcement operation in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro on June 30, 2023.

Report revealed that Carlo Valdez Maravilla, 23, was apprehended by the personnel of San Jose Municipal Police Station together with 405th B MC RMFB, Provincial Intelligence Unit Occidental Mindoro PPO and 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company in Brgy. Central, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro at around 9:28 AM.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Municipal Trial Court in San Jose, Occidental Mindoro for the Violation of Art. 293 in relation to Art. 302 of the Revised Penal Code (Robbery in an uninhabited place) with recommended bail amounting to Php36,000.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
