Camp Bgen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 32-year-old man wanted for serious physical injury was arrested in police law enforcement operation in Romblon, Romblon on July 13, 2023.

Police report revealed that at about 1:40 PM, Rafel Magante, 32, was apprehended by the personnel of Romblon Municipal Police Station with assistance from the members of Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit Romblon PPO; CIT-RID MIMAROPA; and Maritime Police Station in Brgy. Poblacion 2, Romblon, Romblon.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Municipal Trial Court, Branch 19 in Romblon, Romblon for the crime of Serious Physical Injury with recommended bail amounting to Php30,000.00.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
