Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – Two (2) wanted individuals were arrested in separate law enforcement operations in Oriental Mindoro on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

Reports revealed that Dondie Robedillo Gabayno, 29, was arrested at around 3:00 PM by the personnel of Roxas MPS together with Regional Intelligence Unit 4B, 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company Oriental Mindoro PPO and 403rd B Maneuver Company RMFB in Brgy. Bagumbayan, Roxas, of the said locality.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 43 in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro for the crime of Qualified Theft under Art. 310 of the Revised Penal Code with recommended bail amounting to Php40, 000.00.

Further, at about 10:30 AM, Ainee Araullo Lin, 33, was apprehended by joint personnel of Puerto Galera Municipal Police Station and Provincial Tourist Police Unit Oriental Mindoro in White Beach in Brgy. San Isidro, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crime of Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention with no bail recommended.

Arrested persons are now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing courts for proper disposition.
