Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – Three (3) individuals wanted for separate crimes were arrested in a law enforcement operations in Palawan on July 6, 2023.

Reports revealed that Arasid S Sawadjaan, 28, was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 165 (Single Sala) in Brooke’s Point, Palawan for violation of RA 10654, with recommended bail amounting to Php60,000.00, by the personnel of Balabac Municipal Police Station together with Palawan PPO Provincial Intelligence Unit and 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company in Brgy. Poblacion 4, Balabac, of the said locality at about 10:53 AM.

Further, at about 2:40 PM, Reynaldo Jimenez Batayo Jimenez, 59, was apprehended for violation of Section 7 (a) of RA 9175, with recommended bail amounting to Php36,000, by joint elements of Quezon Municipal Police Station and Palawan PPO 4th Platoon, 1st PMFC in Sitio Underground II, Brgy. Alfonso XIII, Quezon, Palawan.

Moreover, at about 4:30 PM, Bedwin Lapit Duga, 33, was apprehended by joint personnel of Narra Municipal Police Station and Palawan PPO Provincial Investigation and Detection Management Unit for the crime of frustrated murder with recommended bail amounting to Php70,000, inside Barangay Hall in Brgy. Ipilan, Narra, Palawan.

Arrested persons are now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing courts for proper disposition.
