Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro –A priority high-value individual (PHVI) was nabbed in a drug buy-bust operation launched by PRO MIMAROPA, under the leadership of PBGEN SIDNEY SULTAN HERNIA, in Brgy. Magkakaibigan, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Friday afternoon, April 8, 2022.

Puerto Princesa City Police Office (PPCPO) Acting Director Police Colonel ROBERTO M BUCAD revealed that the suspect, Clint Samson Buban Pacaldo alias “Clint/Ram-ram”, a resident of Brgy. Bagong Sikat, of the said place, was arrested at about 5:08 PM after allegedly selling two heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing “shabu” in exchange for Php 1,500 to a police poseur buyer in a police operation led by the PPCPO City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) together with Puerto Princesa City Anti-Crime Task Force (PPC-ACTF).

The data from the PNP Drug-Related Data Integration and Generation System (DRDIGS) of the Regional Operations Division show that PRO MIMAROPA had scored 93 arrests from 89 anti-illegal drug operations since January this year, yielding a total of 269.550 grams of shabu with an estimated value of Php 1,832,940.

Pacaldo will stay under the custody of PPCPO while a complaint of a violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (RA 9165) is being prepared for the inquest proceedings against him.
