Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro – Six (6) individuals were arrested during an anti-illegal gambling operation in Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro on February 12, 2024.

Report revealed that personnel of Mansalay Municipal Police Station apprehended alias “Sandra” (18); alias “Jackie Lou” (33); alias “Imelda” (48); alias “Joy Ann” (26); alias “Annie Faith” (22); and alias “Alma” (21), for their alleged involvement in illegal gambling activity (card game ‘bet game’) in Sitio Anapla, Brgy. Don Pedro, Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro at around 4:45 PM.

The authorities confiscated one (1) set of playing cards and bet money amounting to PhP260.00 from the suspects’ possession.

Arrested suspects are now under police custody pending the filing of charges for violation of Presidential Decree No. 1602.
