Camp BGen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro- Rommel Hatulan Galendez, 22 years old, top 4 most wanted person of Parañaque City, and a resident of Sitio Labo, Brgy. Corazon, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, was arrested in Brgy. Zone 3, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro on February 1, 2022.

Hatulan was nabbed because of the joint operation of the different units of Oriental Mindoro Police Provincial Office, 10SAB-PNP SAF, Regional Intelligence Unit MIMAROPA by virtue of arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court, Branch 10, Parañaque City, Metro Manila for the crime of two counts of Rape, with no recommended bail.

As of press time, the arrested suspect is now under the custody of Pinamalayan Municipal Police Station.

The PNP Crime Information, Reporting and Analysis System (CIRAS) reveals that Police Regional Office MIMAROPA scored 34 arrests of most wanted and 124 of other wanted persons in just a span of 31 days, January 1-31, 2022.

Police Brigadier General SIDNEY SULTAN HERNIA, Regional Director of Police Regional Office MIMAROPA, lauded the operating units led by the provincial intelligence chief of Oriental Mindoro Police Provincial Office.
