Camp Bgen Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City – A 31-year-old woman wanted for lascivious conduct was arrested in police law enforcement operation in Baco, Oriental Mindoro on June 5, 2023.

Police report revealed that at about 1:30 PM, personnel of Baco Municipal Police Station together with 404th B Maneuver Company RMFB, and 4th Platoon, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company Oriental Mindoro PPO conducted manhunt operation that led to the apprehension of Angel Calbayog Dela Cruz, 31, in Brgy. Poblacion, Baco, Oriental Mindoro.

The arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Municipal Circuit Trial Court in San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness (RPC ART. 336) with recommended bail amounting to Php36,000.00.

Arrested person is now under police custody and will be turned over to issuing court for proper disposition.
